    Boonooloo Road Housing

    An alternative to the current model of infill densification in Perth's peri-urban fringe. Four stand-alone, single story houses were designed in response to the site and are hardwired for adaptability.

  • The Music Studio also has an external stage that faces onto the
adjacent Umbakumba Oval. The stage allows for a community
performance space that is currently missing within Umbakumba.

    TF.A worked with music coordinators and members of the local band to design a new facility for rehearsals and recording - a safe space for youth to hang out and sound proofed for the benefit of neighbours!

  • The slightly elevated work deck is a space for gathering and woodworkding. The space is oriented to maximise the cooling wet season breezes while protecting from the cooler dry breezes.
